Dr Fien Van den Eynde graduated with a degree in Medicine in 2019, with first-class honours (KU Leuven).
She then undertook a six-year surgical training programme at various centres
(including OLV Aalst, Isala Zwolle, ZOL Genk and UZ Leuven). She then went on to specialise further in lympho-venous pathology through a fellowship at UZ Leuven and additional training via the European College of Phlebology. She is a member of the BeNeLux Association for Phlebology and regularly attends international conferences and workshops to keep her skills up to date.
Dr Van den Eynde focuses on the diagnosis (via duplex ultrasound) and treatment of varicose veins, including (foam) sclerotherapy and minimally invasive surgical treatment. She attaches great importance to a thorough assessment and a treatment plan tailored to each patient.
She is known for her meticulous and precise approach, her clear communication and her warm, empathetic manner. Dr Van den Eynde combines technical expertise with a personal touch and always strives for the best possible functional and aesthetic results.
