OptimasMAX is a multi-application treatment platform from manufacturer InMode that combines several technologies in one device: fractional radiofrequency microneedling (Morpheus8), intense pulsed light (IPL) and radiofrequency for skin tightening. This allows a range of concerns — from fine lines and skin laxity to scars and pigmentation — to be addressed with targeted, non-invasive or minimally invasive protocols. The technology suited to your skin is determined during a consultation.

What is OptimasMAX?

OptimasMAX combines several technologies in a single device. Instead of using a separate device for each concern, the platform treats different skin goals with dedicated applicators — combined within one protocol where useful.

The technologies we use

  • Morpheus8 (fractional RF microneedling): combines microneedling with radiofrequency to stimulate collagen in the deeper skin layers. Used for skin texture, fine lines, scars (including acne scars) and skin laxity — on the face and body (neck, abdomen, arms, legs).
  • Lumecca (IPL — intense pulsed light): targets pigmentation, sun damage, and superficial redness and vessels.
  • Forma (radiofrequency): heats the skin evenly to tighten it.

Which concerns?

Depending on the chosen technology: fine lines and wrinkles, skin laxity, acne scars and other scars, uneven texture, pigmentation and sun damage, redness and superficial vessels.

Number of sessions

  • Morpheus8: typically 4 to 5 consecutive sessions, then about one maintenance session per year.
  • Lumecca: typically 3 to 4 sessions.
  • Forma: depending on the indication.

The exact number and interval depend on your skin and your goal.
