The Fotona Dynamis Max is a multi-application laser platform that combines two wavelengths in a single device: an Er:YAG laser (2940 nm) for superficial, precise action on the skin, and an Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) that reaches deeper into the tissue. Through different operating modes and applicators, a range of applications — from skin rejuvenation and lip treatments to body contouring and hair-growth stimulation — can be carried out using targeted, non- or minimally invasive protocols. What is the Fotona Dynamis Max?

The Dynamis Max brings two laser sources together on one platform. Rather than using a separate device for each application, the system makes it possible to treat different skin and tissue goals from the same base — depending on the chosen wavelength, mode and applicator. That makes it a versatile device for both facial and body treatments.

The technologies we use

  • Er:YAG laser (2940 nm): works superficially and precisely on the skin. Used in ablative modes (resurfacing) and in the non-ablative Fotona SMOOTH® mode, which heats the skin in a controlled, "feather-like" way without removing the surface.
  • Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm): reaches deeper into the tissue. Used for body contouring, vascular work and hair-growth stimulation, among others, with modes such as FRAC3®, PIANO® and QCW.
  • DMC™ skin cooling: Fotona's patented dry-spray cooling technology. It uses room-temperature water, is self-regulating (it does not cool below a safe threshold) and is non-contact — no gels or consumables.
  • Dynamic Vacuum Technology with SphereVac™: intermittent vacuum technique that complements facial and body laser treatments with deep-tissue massage.
  • MatrixView®: integrated temperature sensor that monitors skin temperature during treatment.

Which concerns?

Depending on the chosen application, including: skin ageing, fine lines and wrinkles, wrinkles around the eyes, lips, scars (including acne scars), stretch marks, skin laxity of the face and body, and thinning hair. Whether an application suits your situation is assessed during the consultation.
